Terms & Booking Information
Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 30% has been paid. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted per booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Turnaround Time
Edited images will be delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on the scope of the shoot. Event galleries may take slightly longer.
Image Selection & Editing
You will receive the number of edited images stated in your chosen package. Additional images may be purchased. Raw files are not provided.
Usage & Rights
Clients are welcome to use their images for personal and promotional use. I retain the copyright to all images and may use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Weather & Outdoor Sessions
For outdoor shoots, the weather will be monitored. If conditions are unsuitable, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Sessions may be shortened if you arrive late.
